Notes to Presenter: Emphasize that, while the identified HR personnel may assign or designate personnel to assist them in the RPMS data collection process, it is their responsibility to ensure that the correctness of the use of the tools and the administration of the collection process, as well as the accuracy and completeness of the information gathered.

4 Monitoring and Reporting of Progress
The SDO-HRDS is expected to provide a status update on the progress of data collection and consolidation to the RO-HRDD by the 1st week of September 2019 (see Annex 4 for the report template). The ROs shall do the same to the BHROD-HRDD. The receiving offices shall provide feedback to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the submitted data or documents. Purpose of the Slide: To present the roles and responsibilities of the school head and human resource personnel at each governance level in relation to the monitoring and reporting of progress. Notes to Presenter: The RO/SDO may agree on the timeline of data collection. The timeline can be changed.

Note to the Presenter: Emphasize that the template has an online version. It is part of the IPCRF Data Submission Form.

6 Establishment of Help Desk
A Google Sheet will be created containing the queries and concerns from the field and the answers to these queries Designated personnel and supporting ITO will be identified at each governance level who will manage the help desk. The Google Sheet will be shared with the designated HR personnel and supporting ITO at each governance level. A national team will also be constituted to monitor the help desk. Purpose of the Slide: To introduce the RPMS Help Desk.

8 Access to Links The RO-HRDD/SDO-HRDS shall create an official DepEd for specifically for the RPMS Data Collection System. Only official DepEd s of school/division/region (deped.gov.ph) can be used to access the links. Personal Gmail accounts will not be given permission. Create official DepEd s for the school in your Division, if needed. School and division personnel will be given access only when SDO/RO orientation has been conducted. To be given access, please notify the RPMS Data Collection Team once you’re done with your orientation in your division. Purpose of the Slide: To discuss the use and access to links.
