Scope of this working group is to form unified understanding on implementing European Connection Network Codes in Baltic States. Working group should find common basis for Synchronous zone base requirements, but also it is recommended to have similar approach to defining other selectable parameters according to NCs. This will be helpful to justify the requirements for all stakeholders in similar basis and lay a foundation smooth approval of the new NCs. If seen necessary common network studies in order to justify the parameter selection should be made together or outsourced.

The main task of common Transmission System Operator and Distribution Network Operator working group is to define European Connection Network Codes requirements in Lithuania.
In common cooperation this working group shall define requirements for connection to distribution network <110 kV and for connection to high voltage >110 kV network, and to set TSO/DSO interface requirements.
