11. Responsibility of an AIS of a state Each contracting state shall, 1. Provide an aeronautical information service independently or 2. Jointly with one or more contracting states or 3. Delegating the authority to a non governmental agency for the collection and distribution of aeronautical information in accordance with the Standards stipulated in Annex 15. 11

12. The state shall remain the responsible for the information published. Aeronautical Information published for, and on behalf of a state shall clearly indicate that it is published under the authority of that state. 12
