Four unique roles of a Cadet Officer
Warriors – supporting and defending the Constitution of the state of California and the United States of America; we accomplish missions we’re assigned and do so with moral courage and mental toughness; we want to win Servants – of the less fortunate; of the cadet NCOs and pledges; of the Corps and State and Nation Professionals – with expert knowledge, authority, a culture of excellence (a leader of competence) Leaders of Character and Presence – highest standards of moral-ethical behavior; setting a personal example

LEADERS OF… …CHARACTER – always doing the right thing, treating others with respect, making the CACC and the world better …COMPETENCE – knowing all aspects of your job and doing it well …PRESENCE – the way you look and act defines how people perceive you (bearing, fitness, tact, etc)
