…So the type of people investing in bitcoin has starkly changed. Many see their friends or neighbors getting rich. They fear being left behind. They jump on the bandwagon. Bandwagon investors buy when prices are high and sell when prices are low. This is the opposite of what a prudent investor should do. As Warren Buffett says, “as bandwagon investors join any party, they create their own truth – for a while.”
