Verbal contest where two teams argue against each other and try to KNOCK DOWN the other team’s argument.
The team that makes the best argument wins!

4. Key Definitions Resolution - the statement
Affirmative team - the team that is for the argument
Negative team – team is against the argument in the debate
Rebuttal – one makes an argument and the other team says no you are wrong and this is why
Judge – person decides who wins the debate
