2. Changes
the Ministry of Education and Research established an internal evaluation obligation in pre-primary institutions, general education institutions and vocational schools and changed the organisation of state supervision.
Since the external evaluation department of the ministry has also organised advisory services for educational institutions in internal evaluation matters.

3. Changes
Advisory services are not obligatory the educational institutions.
In the future advisory services are no longer organized by the ministry and the educational institutions themselves decide whether they would like to have advisory services or not and they organize advisory services by themselves. .
