5 Contact THURSDAY 11 July We shall keep in contact via Twitter. The school website automatically posts updates if you do not have Twitter. During school hours please contact the school via the main phone line. Outside school hours there is an emergency mobile number: This is for EMERGENCIES ONLY. Your son / ward is allowed to bring his mobile phone in order to take photos. Under no circumstances should photos be taken of staff or uploaded to social media. 7 Travel We will be leaving from school on Thursday 11th July at 6.00am. Students to arrive to school no later than 5.45am. Travel by plane: Coach to P&O Ferries. Eurotunnel return. Students will not be allowed to eat on the coach, please bring a packed lunch for the day. Students to bring a water bottle with them. 8 What to bring Sensible bag

12 Expectations Our vision is to be ‘Outstanding in Every Respect’
through the constant drive for excellence across the school. Students are ambassadors of Isleworth and Syon School. Any inappropriate behaviour will be sanctioned and parents/carers will be responsible for collecting students from Barcelona. On the coach: stay seated, fasten your seatbelt and behave sensibly. The coach toilet is for emergencies only – try not to drink too much on the coach to avoid having to use the toilet Treat tour organisers and language teachers with respect. Collective responsibility – for example, damage to coach. All students will be charged. Code of Conduct. 13 Staff will carry the spare inhaler/epi-pen.
Safety First Medication – the updated medical form needs to be completed asap (if anything changes let us know) Double medication is required for inhalers, epi-pens and other medication you deem fit. Staff will carry the spare inhaler/epi-pen. Medication should be handed to Miss Clerc on departure – clearly named and labelled with instructions TOGETHER WE LEARN, ACHIEVE AND SUCCEED Isleworth and Syon School

14 We will keep twitter updated with expected return time.
Parent/carers are expected to collect students from just outside the school gates. Please be on time – it will have been a long journey for students and staff.
