2. BACKGROUND
This research was motivated by the author’s curiosity about the level of implementation of the six targets of patient safety and the relationship of the nurses work motivation to its implementation.

3. PURPOSE
To know the relationship of the nurses work motivation with the implementation of six target of patient safety program at inpatient department of Bandung Adventist Hospital.

4. METHOD and TOOLS Method: Descriptive Correlation
Tools: Form of Questionnaire Checklist amounted to 32 statements.
10 statements of nursing work motivation with validation value 0.807
22 statements of implementation of six target of patient safety program with validation value Cronbach's Alpha

5. POPULATION AND SAMPLE
Population: Executor Nurse at inpatient department of Bandung Adventist Hospital.
Sample: The entire population was used as a sample.

8. CONCLUSION
The work motivation level of nurses at inpatient department of Bandung Adventist Hospital is included in the high category.
The level of implementation of the six target of patient safety program was carried out by the executing nurses at the inpatient department Bandung Adventist Hospital is categorized as very high.
Of the two variables, the nurse’s motivation and implementation of the six target of patient safety program have significant relationships and fall into the low or week categories.
