Papilloedema in a patient with idiopathic intracranial hypertension. This photograph shows several key findings that, in combination, are quite specific for true optic disc oedema, including peripapillary retinal folds (concentric arcs identified by dashed arrows), partial optic disc vessel obscuration (double arrow) and a small focal haemorrhage (arrow).
