GESA PHASE 1B ARCHITECTURAL UPGRADES
Replace classroom sinks and sink base cabinets to meet ADA. Patch floors, wall base, walls as required to match or complement existing.
Remove carpet in the classrooms and replace with VCT. VCT to complement existing.
Remove carpet in Admin, Library, and everywhere else and replace with VCT and new wall base.
New ACT and or grid, chases, bulkheads, etc. with new ceiling tile throughout. Coordinate with MEP. 
Window shades (may or may not be included).
Solid surface patch behind water fountains.  Wing walls if absolutely necessary.
Exterior masonry restoration (building envelop). 
Remove rust/repaint at entry canopy steel. 
ADA compliant electric water coolers.
