8 Amendment to ByLaws and Cluster Regulations
By law we must have a process in place to handle homeowner complaints about actions that the Cluster has taken or failed to take Proposed process: complainant fills out form that is very similar to that used by the Ombudsmen; Board reviews complaint If complainant doesn’t like the decision, s/he has right of appeal to state Ombudsman See for more information about the Ombudsman and appeals Vote on amendments to ByLaws and regulations

9 Parking Meditation Each home has two (2) spaces.
32 households share 10 guest spaces Good hosts don’t let their guests be towed Guest spaces are for guests, not residents When two or more inches of snow are predicted, six of the guest spaces disappear and don’t come back until the pavement is bare. In order to park legally in any space, your entire car must fit within the space. If you are blocked, contact any board member to have blocking car towed

10 Open Discussion Would you like to be a director?
Questions, Concerns, Suggestions?
