As contracted Providers,
you play a vital role in our mission and vision to
change the face of health care for seniors.

Locate the Physician Reporting Package on ePRG (eProvider Resource Gateway).
Identify measurement gaps by patient and by measure using the “1+” and “1” reports.

6. Navigate in ePRG Click eTools (at the top of the screen).
Select Physician Reporting Package (PRP).

7. Find the PRP 1 Plus Report
Select Year/Month/Provider.
Select 1 Plus Report by PCP.

8. Summary View 5. Review the summary fields and chart.
6. Click the right-facing arrow.

10. “Pint Box” View
The boxes shaded in pink on this report signify gaps.

11. Column Headers
Blue links display a list of patients with a specific metric outstanding. See the next screen.

12. Trend Data Review trend data for the metric.
Click the right-facing arrow to see the patient list.

13. Patient List
The list provides information about the patient, phone number, and other miscellaneous information. It can be exported to Excel if desired.
