4. Current Status
Baseline testing was performed in every laboratory by using their own methods but same samples (discussed in the Winter meeting)
A new shear bond testing procedure and setup developed by using fluid loss cell to correlate SSST results
1st Round testing Almost completed – Every laboratory used the API fluid loss cell with same samples as previous test

Condition slurry in Atmp. Const. 80F – 20min
Place Cell in water bath 120F for 72hrs
Use Constant Load rate at 4000 lbf/min

First test done in one lab. with WG members witnessing the steps
Adjustment of procedure during first test to accurately reflect steps
