Personal Registration – Create User ID First, customers enter their contact information and a User ID MyTravelers.com

Account Registration – Enter Billing Account # and Zip Code For Account Number (see samples): Sample Account Bill Next, customers will need to register their policies by entering either a Policy or Billing account number and zip code. Sample Policy Declaration MyTravelers.com

5 A PIN number will be mailed to them via US Mail in 3-5 business days
Register Another Account brings the user back to the Account Registration page. MyTravelers.com

Subsequent Account Registration - Confirmation On a subsequent registration, the Continue will bring the user to the Account List. By “Subsequent Account Registration” we mean…the user is already registered and selects “Register Another Account” from the left nav. Register Another Account brings the user back to the Account Registration page. MyTravelers.com

The Pin letter that they will receive in 3-5 business days looks like this. PIN Letter Dear Customer Name, Welcome to MyTravelers.com! This letter confirms that you recently registered for online access at MyTravelers, your online policyholder resource. At MyTravelers, you can register, view your policy documents, pay your monthly premium, check the status of a claim and even report a claim! It’s a fast, easy and convenient way to monitor and manage your Travelers account. To activate your account(s): Step 1: Go to Step 2: Enter the User ID you previously established. Step 3: Enter the PIN code below as your initial password. If you have forgotten your user ID, click on the “Forgot your user ID?” link on the logon page and follow the steps to retrieve your user ID. Your PIN to activate account xxxxx1234 is: xxxxxxxx This PIN will expire 45 days from the date of this letter. Once these steps have been completed, your account will be accessible and ready to use. Travelers.com MyTravelers.com On their first sign in, the customer will be brought to the password screen. They will also be able to set up a security question just in case they forget their password further down the road. MyTravelers.com

All accounts have been activated Multiple accounts exist, some have been activated, one has not. Account has not been activated with PIN. MyTravelers.com
