2. The prosperity of the church in fulfilling its mission and discipling its members are largely dependent upon those who are empowered by the Holy Spirit to carry leadership responsibilities within the Church. Great care should be exercised in selecting personnel for positions of leadership.

3. “The purpose of all services and meetings is to worship God for His creative work and for the benefits of His salvation; to understand His Word, His teachings, and His purposes; to fellowship in faith and love;
