The Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA) promotes professionalism among aviation maintenance personnel. Its mission is to foster, improve and recognize methods, skills, learning, and achievement in the field of aviation maintenance, to communicate to aviation maintenance professionals through publications and meetings, and to collaborate with other organizations and government entities in matters related to aviation maintenance.

Advocacy Efforts PAMA is the voice of aviation maintenance professionals. It advocates on Capitol Hill, with regulators and the media on behalf of the maintenance workforce. Sign up at Scholarships PAMA provides scholarships and awards to current and future aviation maintenance professionals. Applicants must be members of PAMA, the annual deadline for applications is March 15.

Member Directory The Member Directory is provided to members who wish to locate/contact other members. The members-only password required to access is provided via regular mail, along with the annual membership card.
