Properly formatted ballot cover letter issued on initial sponsor ballot, and will be reissued on recirculation
Confirmation ballot pending with recirculation ballot. Conditional Proc 10 requirements mean this must close at least one week prior to actual RevCom meeting
Approval percentage now at 88%, expected to be at least 96% after recirculation based on commenters’ statements
No technical changes expected to be made.
New valid disapprove comments pending recirc ballot. Expecting none that would not be resolved to satisfaction of existing disapprove voters
WG chair will determine validity of any new disapprove comments
WG chair will promptly report results of ballot to ExCom
