In a group of 5 to 6 students, research 5 to 6 topics about your assigned plant group and present it to the class.
The plant groups include:
Nonvascular Plants
Seedless Plants
Gymnosperms
Angiosperm - Monocot
Angiosperm – Dicot
Angiosperm – by stem types & lifespan

Common name (if any), examples, and pictures
Unique characteristics
Habitat/Environment
Means of transport
Means of reproduction
Any other information from the notes
Make a Power Point presentation (2-3 min.) next Tue/Wed
your final Power Point slides to Mrs. Zhen before your
presentation
Save your file as “topic-name-period”
Also bring a copy of your file on a flash drive on the day of
your presentation in case the does not work!!

Slide Quality
You may receive up to 3 points for each category:
1= partially proficient; 2= proficient; 3= advanced
for a total of 12 points.
- Points will be added to your lab grade.
