Observers Observation event Consumers How high is the pollution in Zagreb? Initiator Initiator has an issue he wants to study so he creates an observation event and choose a group of observers and consumers. Observers make observation through mobile device and send them to web-server. After some data are collected, consumers may analyze it. OE: Observation Event
