3 BOARD PRESENTATION Greenway Committee developed proposals with Madison city for the HOA common land that borders the planned greenway. We held a community meeting, an election, and decided to keep the land ‘as is’. Changed pool vendor to provide better service. Same vendor will perform janitorial service for pool restrooms and remove trash from pool and playground. Pool cleaning 2X/week. Restrooms 3X/week. Maintenance and upgrades to the pool. Replaced pool filter with a sand filter for improved flow and lower maintenance costs. Replaced rusty old, out of warranty water heater with new, programmable heater with 10 year warranty. Replaced the deteriorating caulk around the pool to keep water from building up behind the pool walls and breaking them down. Had pool tiles scrubbed clean and concrete pressure washed.

4 BOARD PRESENTATION III. Replaced the safety life buoy at the pool. Purchased a storage cabinet for the pool closet and stocked it with cleaning supplies. Installed new paper towel and toilet paper dispensers, hand soap dispensers, and a baby changing table. IV. Installed 2 phone lines and wifi at the pool. Primarily for safety and security upgrades to the pool. Security system will now know who is at the pool. Residents can use the wifi at the pool. Name: Arris-087C-5G Password: 2ULAED394123

5 BOARD PRESENTATION V. Replaced the front sign display lights. Old halogen lights required frequent bulb replacement. Lights were always on with no dusk to dawn control. Outer casings were very hot to the touch. Replaced with cool to touch, low power LED lights with dusk to dawn control. Energy savings and bulb replacement costs should pay for the cost of these lights. VI. Installed ‘NO SOLICITING’ at all entrances. Also added more signs at the pool. Installed signs about cleaning up after your dog and purchased some temporary signs to put at entrances to inform homeowners when the annual meeting will occur and when to pay your dues.
