Graduate Resources and Development for Aggies professional development for graduate & professional students Created in response to a need Collaboration of 9 service units and organizations 1-hr sessions, workshops, one-on-one consultations, online resources NEED: Fewer job opportunities available within academia; need to be versatile! More people graduating with advanced degrees Job mobility (multiple careers) is the new normal HOW CAN YOU PREPARE FOR THIS: Learn transferrable skills (and how to highlight them on a resume/CV) Be aware of different career paths NEED TO PRIORITIZE YOUR LEARNING OUTSIDE OF YOUR ACADEMIC PROGRAM grad-aggies.tamu.edu
