In vivo localization of Iff2, Iff3 (Iff9), Iff5, Iff6, Iff8, and Dcw1 proteins. (A) Fixed transformed cells were directly treated with anti-V5–Cy3–coupled antibody, and immunofluorescence was observed using a microscope. (B) Cells were permeabilized prior to addition of anti-V5–Cy3–coupled antibody. (C) Fixed cells were incubated in the presence of proteinase K for 2 h at 37°C prior to immunofluorescence detection.
