8. Chester Center A College Approved Assessment Center Proctored assessments are offered for any distance learning course. No appointment is needed at the Chester Center. Assessment Center hours are posted on the Chester Center web page. It is the students responsibility to request that their instructor send the tests or passwords to the Center. All tests are proctored by assessment center staff.
