Repairs Gas Servicing Anti Social Behaviour 251 ASB reports were received, they were about the following… 97.83% of emergency repairs were completed in 24 hours 99.97% of our homes have a Current Gas Safety Certificate 97.26% of repair appointments were kept Rents Our Homes 5.15% current arrears as a % of rent due the average number of days it takes us to re-let an empty home is Complaints 23 316 complaints were closed, they were about the following… the average arrears for current tenants is 316 properties have been re-let £440 Customer Service Centre The average call waiting time is 90 seconds 62 86% we have built new homes were ‘Quick Resolutions’ (complaints with a 72hr resolution timeframe). The remaining were resolved in an average of 10 calendar days.
