2. Our Purpose To provide & support opportunities for – Parents:
A forum to hear what’s happening at CHS & engage directly with the Principal and school teachers
Provide input & influence school activities/ directions
Meet other families via variety of multi cultural social events
Students:
Supporting learning & development improving academic performance
Participate in leadership /life skill-building opportunities
participate in co-curricular activites – e.g. sports & STEM programs, Duke of Edinburgh Awards (wider engagement)
Building - infrastructure & facilities
Provide an active student - centred voice in Dept. of Ed. projects
Administer the P&C Building Fund and deliver smaller building projects

More than $107,000 was returned to the school

5. 2018 Funding Commitments – to date
So far, we’ve committed to spend $48,500 -
• Well being sessions $10K
• High Resolves $17K (grant received in advance from Chatswood RSL)
• Year 12 Graduation gift $2K
• Purchased 30 new lockers $10K (will recouped over several years)
• Before and after school sports program $ 4.5K
• Multicultural event $ 5K (to be recouped)
