Cannot waive violations.
Approximately 1,900 legislative relief waivers filed in 2018, 1,600+ in Division I.

Staff reviews materials submitted via RSRO Online.
Staff makes decision.
Applicant may appeal staff decision.
Appeals to committee on a weekly basis.
Committee submits decision and rationale.
Staff informs applicant of decision.
Committee decisions are final.
Contact with parents, student-athletes, attorneys, etc.
