2 Review of the Alberta Revised Rules of Court Project
Project began in 2001 with a mandate to rewrite the Rules and Proceedings First comprehensive review since 1968 Partners involved include: Alberta Law Reform Institute Alberta Law Foundation Law Society of Alberta Alberta Justice Court Services Legislative Council Alberta Queen’s Printer
