Figure 1 Magnetic resonance images obtained on admission: (A) T1-weighted image; and (B) T2-weighted image. Bilateral ovarian cysts 9 cm in diameter in each were detected. The cystic lesions showed fluid-fluid levels, and each component showed heterogeneous intensity. The peritoneal fluid showed intensity compatible with blood.
