2. Conclusions from Meeting
Status Myrte:
Individual elements, especially RF accelerating structures working to a large extend at the home labs, production starting
To be installed for 100 MeV “test stand” in Louvain-La-Neuve (B) starting 2017 for the lower energy parts
New Myrte project manager Carmen Angulo going to employ about 10 people in Louvain-La-Neuve to get it all together
As expected coordination between laboratories and companies is difficult, especially across systems  Beam Instrumentation, Control System waiting for input
CERN related
We almost fulfilled our milestone of April 2017 = Starting the RR
“If you want to have a high availability, you will first need to be able to measure it” was appreciated
Detailed next steps with Empresarios Agrupados concerning common format for data input structure for availability simulations
Asking for report from MAX FP& D4.4 in which explained going for only one linac. Interesting….
