1. JANUARY P.E NEWS LETTER! Hello Cougar Ridge Parents!
In the month of January we did the Kicking and Trapping Unit. In this unit the child focus on the development of foot striking such as: dribbling, passing, and kicking a ball.
They did some exercises and games that help them to learn how to receive passes while stationary and moving, and trap, and control balls in different ways.
Additionally, these fundamental movement skills give them the first step to participate in games like soccer, and modified kickball.
