4. eSchoolPlus Who is included in the graduation download?
There are two ways students are included in the Graduation Submission File in eSchoolPLUS
They have a graduation date that is between the Beginning and end dates of the graduation settings, and have a E/W record in the prior year. Or
They have a graduation date that is between the Beginning and end dates of the graduation settings and they have a courses completed date and IRN.
You may have found other ways students end up in the download file, but these are the two ways we have discovered.

5. eSchoolPlus and Cohorts
EschoolPlus uses the first entry/withdraw record that has a grade of 09. Does not matter if it is a non-reportable building, pre-registered student, etc.

7. What can we do? Check the 41’s Check the how added to cohort
Check for odd cohort years

8. What can you fix? Incorrect 41’s with new information
Any incorrect data within the first year of establishing cohort
Incorrect data for other districts
