1. Option Aerodynamic worst case scenario
The vehicle shall be tested at least once at TestMassHigh (TMH) with worst case aerodynamic features, if any (1 coastdown, 1 CO2-test) If the manufactures wants to correct the CO2 values on a mass basis, the vehicle shall be tested at least 2 times (2 coastdowns, 2 CO2-tests) TML and TMH with worst case aerodynamic features (if any) CO2 values are interpolated on a mass base only extrapolation within [± 100] kg is allowed Aerodyn. worst case test mass CO2 TML TMH Measure only once at TMH if there are no weight differences within a vehicle family [50 kg or 100 kg?] Test Mass Vehicle TM CO2 Aerodyn. worst case Influence WLTP on CO2, EA-52,

2. Option Reflect all aerodynamic features
The vehicle shall be tested 3 times (3 coastdowns, 3 CO2-tests) to define the bandwidth for CO2 values: TML and TMH with best aerodynamic features, tyre out of lowest RR class TMH with worst aerodynamic features, tyre out of highest RR class CO2 values for features of individual vehicles to be calculated and added to TM CO2 value extrapolation within [± 100] kg is allowed test mass CO2 TML TMH Aerodyn. worst case Aero CO2 individual values for each feature DCO2 Bandwidth of individual vehicle TM TM CO2 Veh.-CO2 best aerodynamic features installed best aerodynamic features installed Influence WLTP on CO2, EA-52,

Calculation of AeroCO2 Corrective AeroCO2 values shall be based on
calculations of cdi· Ai The extrapolation for positively influencing features shall not be higher than 50% of the negative ΔCO2. With „i“ for features that influence aerodynamic drag and „n“ for the number of aerodynamic features Influence WLTP on CO2, EA-52,
