M&E and verification process
All ACE’s must be able to provide accurate, verifiable data on a timely manner on progress within all aspects of the project but most importantly on the Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLI’s)

What counts and what don’t count Cash - Is this system in place with Busary? In kind –This system seems not to be fully in place? Institutionalization of change: This is not a part of the ACE verification scheme – but might be a very relevant thing to look at from a meta learning approach

Breakout session – partnership and regionality
What constitutes a well-functioning partnership? Are academic and none academic partnerships different and if so how? Are national and regional (none national) partnerships different and if so how? How do you establish new partnerships with types of partners that have little or no experience in partnering? (E.g. University – Industry) What are some of the important does and don’t in partnerships? What are the advantages and disadvantages of partnerships? How can you limit the disadvantages and maximize the advantages of any given partnership?
