2. General Sign Standards
Current TOD
Signs must comply with Sign chapter of Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 13)
New Draft TOD
TOD standards regulate permanent signs requiring a sign permit plus A-frame signs
Standards apply to each building facade visible from a public or private street, public path or open space, and transit station
Off-premise, temporary signs, and signs not requiring a sign permit still regulated by Chapter 13

4. Wall Signs

Disallows ground mounted/monument signs except in TOD-M2
