MAP OF SYOSSET Lollipop Farm was located on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset and opened in June of 1950.

BRIEF HISTORY The farm had animals to hand feed and was a place that many got introduced to the animal kingdom through family and school trips. There was also a miniature train ride that would take you through the five acres of farm. The location of Lollipop Farm was the old Jackson Farm, which also had been a stagecoach stop. Lollipop Farm closed after finding homes for all the animals in 1967 when its owners retired.

The train has been kept inside the storage barn for 45 years at the Society for the Preservation of Long Island Antiquites (S.P.L.I.A) facility in Lloyd Harbor.
