1. Checkpoint kinase 1 is essential for fetal and adult hematopoiesis
Quantification of cellular parameters of peripheral blood cells sampled from Vav‐CreERT2 mT/mG (ctrl) and Vav‐CreERT2 mT/mG Chk1fl/fl (flox) mice on day 7 or day 14 after the first administration of tamoxifen. Values represent means ± s.e.m. of two independent experimental cohorts (Day 0 N = 12 ctrl, N = 11 flox, Day 7 N = 11 ctrl, N = 14 flox, Day 14 N = 4 ctrl, N = 8 flox). Two‐way ANOVA analysis revealed no significant differences between the two experimental groups in either of the parameters analyzed.
