3 How Chosen? Google v Office 365 shows offerings comparably rich and… Either would be a huge improvement over JES Two factors favoured Microsoft: Exchange on-premise SFG Site license for Microsoft Office

4 Benefits of Exchange Online Integrated email, calendar, tasks, contacts Mailbox Quota: 25G = 250 x JES Seamless integration with smartphones and tablets Feature rich web interface Admin compatible with sfg solution, e.g., shared GAL (people and resources), ease of transferring to/from on-premise
