Cabins Cabins are organised in rows. There will be a row for the boys and a row for the girls, with members of Marnel staff at each end. Cabins are organised into groups of 6, 4, with some 3’s. All rooms are en suite. Children have written down the names of two children that they wish to be with.

Food and Drink All meals are freshly prepared and designed to provide all the nutrition children need. There are always plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and salads. There is always a choice of 2 meat options and a vegetarian option. If there is any dietary requirements, just let me know and PGl will make sure its catered for. Children will have all meals in the canteen.

Breakfast (English or Continental, cereal, toast and drinks) Cabin Inspection First activity session Break Second activity session Hot lunch or packed lunch Third activity session Break Fourth activity session Supervised free time course evening meal Evening entertainment. Group Leaders assist Party Leaders until Settling down for bed 21:30 - Lights out, silence in rooms (sleep!) From there will be PGL staff on active night duty. Through the night there will always be a senior PGL staff member on call.

Activities There is a wide range of activities available to your children. Our activities are finalised nearer the time. Clothing Nightwear Underwear, with spares Socks, including over ankle length 2 or more fleeces / Sweatshirts 5 T-shirts 3 Long sleeved T-shirts 3 pairs of old trousers, 2 for activities, one for evening 2 pairs of trainers (1 for wet activities) 1 pair of shoes or trainers for indoors Waterproof jacket/ coat Baseball cap / Hat Gloves 1 set of Disco Clothes Other Essentials Wash bag (soap, shower gel, shampoo & toothbrush etc.) 2 Large towels Plastic bottle for drinks (named with label) Large labelled plastic bag (for wet items)

Monday 4th November Please no not over pack
4th November - arrive at school for the normal time Coach arrives at Marnel for leaves at 9:00 Coach leaves Osmington Bay at 2:00pm Coach arrives back at school on the 8th at 3:30pm – a text will be sent out if we are running late.

Other information PGL shop on site selling drinks, sweets and small gifts - £5.00 limit brought into school in a labelled envelope on Tuesday morning. Bedding will be provided Medication – all medication and administering instructions need to be given to the office before the end of term, it will then be given to group leaders and administered by them Allergies – if your child is allergic to any particular food types, let us know and PGL will cater for them There will NO electronics taken (ipads, ipods, phones etc.) Cameras will be allowed but will be the children’s own responsibility
