Project Overview This project is about YOU and what it will take to live on your own. This may occur as soon as next year or a few years from now. Your assignment is to choose an occupation, discover what education you need to enter that field, and find out what your cost of living will be during and after high school. You must have proof of all of your discoveries.(research). You can research all of this information on the internet, newspapers, books, relatives, and friends.

A. What institution will you attend to receive the training for your chosen occupation? B. What is the cost per year to attend this institution? 1. Tuition 2. Room, board if applicable 3. Books, etc C. How will you pay for this? 1. Savings - provide proof 2. Scholarships - show application forms, amounts, etc. 3. Student loans - will require loan calculator evidence 4. Parents - need to write a note of their contributions and sign it D. If you do not plan to attend school how do plan to provide a living for yourself?

Food Go to a grocery store and obtain prices.
Itemize the prices, add them up, and multiply by 4 for a monthly budget. Include treats like candy and coffee. Include times to eat out at restaurants.
