Shoc2 and HUWE1 form a complex with M-Ras and RAF-1. (A) Cos1-SR cells were transfected with HA–M-Ras. HA–M-Ras was immunoprecipitated, and precipitates were then analyzed by immunoblotting using anti-HUWE1, anti-RAF-1, and anti-tRFP antibodies. (B) 293FT cells were cotransfected with GST–RAF-1 and HA-HUWE1. GST–RAF-1 was immunoprecipitated, and precipitates were then analyzed by immunoblotting. HUWE1 and Shoc2 were detected in GST–RAF-1 immunoprecipitates and lysates using anti-HUWE1 and anti-Shoc2 antibodies.
