Awards / End-of-Year Party / Field Day
 Thursday, May 16th 
The Party & Events do not begin until 9:30.
*9:30: Awards Day in the Classroom
*9:50: “Fun in the Sun” (Bring outdoor toys, etc…)
*10:35: Restroom
*10:45: Picnic Lunch – Students, bring a beach towel or a blanket. We will eat our pizza outside (weather permitting). Don’t forget to bring a drink and/or anything else you would like to eat with your pizza. If a student did not order pizza, remember to bring a lunch.
*11:15: “Fun in the Sun” Continues
*11:45: Restroom
*12:00-2:00: Field Day in the Gym (Bring a pair of gloves for Tug of War) *2:00–2:35: Restroom / Prepare for Dismissal

*This is your final elementary school newsletter!
*The cafeteria is only accepting cash (NO CHECKS). All debts need to be paid. Charging will not be permitted. Please make sure you have money on your child’s account to purchase breakfast, lunch, and/or a la carte items.
*THANK YOU for spoiling me last week! I felt your appreciation and could not be more thankful for all the goodies you sent in, or for the support you’ve given me!

*YOU’RE INVITED! Each student is allowed to have four guests in attendance.
*Everyone will be receiving some type of certificate or recognition. Because of this, our traditional invites will NOT be sent home for this program.
*Each student will receive a graduation certificate. In addition, several students will be recognized for their year-long achievements (honor roll for the year, perfect attendance for the year, etc…). (Reminder: Awards for the fourth nine-weeks will be given on 5/16 during the EOY party.)
