6. After the sad day in 1930 when his wife died he decided to move out of his big, beautiful house and donated it to Tel Aviv.

7. He did this because he hoped that one day it would be turned in to an art museum.

8. His dream came true because it is an art museum today and is known as Israel's hall of independence.
