3. Already since 1983 WIAP AG deals with vibration technology and its advantages.
However, it is only now, for the first time in the company's history, using sophisticated measuring methods from 2014 to 2017, that it has been possible to clearly prove the concrete benefit. For example, not only in welded constructions, but also in heavy-duty rolling with the help of vibration technology, the same results are achieved with stress-relieving as with the advanced MEMV process. This results in decisive advantages for the customer. On the one hand, there is no scaling , On the other hand, enormous energy can be saved: only 2kW / h are necessary for an exemplary process. In contrast, in a comparable procedure with stress relief annealing, about 935kW / h of energy must be applied
