Review of plans for moving forward
July 2006 Review of plans for moving forward Use telecons to start resolving comments already submitted Agenda time for a “TGT State of the Draft” discussion at May session Will have up-front discussion of what metrics, etc. we believe to be required for completing the draft Begin a “TG Internal Review” soon after May meeting Any new proposals must be integrated first Majority of agenda time in July meeting for resolving comments resulting from the Internal Review Agreed to slip process milestones by two meetings 1st LB now projected for November meeting Charles R. Wright, Azimuth Systems, Inc.

Proposed Comment Resolution Process
Doc.: IEEE /0977r1 July 2005 July 2006 Proposed Comment Resolution Process Propose to subdivide list of comments by, e.g., clause number and distribute to ad hoc groups Ad hoc groups should try to fix the “low hanging fruit” and defer on any comment that is contentious Longer than 10 minutes on comment means it is contentious (by definition!) Will reconvene on Thursday morning to assess progress Will continue on telecons to resolve comments Decided not to break into ad hoc groups and simply go through all technical comments starting from clause 4 Charles R. Wright, Azimuth Systems, Inc. Charles R. Wright, Azimuth Systems, Inc.
