3 Fig 2 ImmunoCAP inhibition was performed for patients 3 and 5 by pre-incubating sera with increasing dilution of bovine thyroglobulin (square) and pork-kidney extract (triangle) for 12 hours at 4°C and then testing for allergen-specific IgE antibodies to α-GAL (upper row) and pork meat (lower row). The allergen-specific IgEs are displayed as the percentage of the non-incubated titer.
