"The maps uses all VHF and UHF channels (2, 5-36, ).
"The details of the calculations are in the white space paper:
"We use the FCC's database of low and high power stations and the ITU propagation curves. The sensing maps were based off the F(50, 50) curves...
"The Geo-location model is flawed in the sense that ITU curves and the reality on the ground do not match. You may need sensing to develop a incremental model of the signal level at each location."
