Elle a sorti une feuille de papier. (no agreement)
You only have agreement with avoir if the direct object is placed in front of the noun: Elle a sorti une feuille de papier. (no agreement) She took out a sheet of paper. La feuille de papier? Elle l’a sortie. (agreement) ( l’ represents a feminine noun: la feuille de papier) The sheet of paper? She took it out.
