Goal-Setting Take 60 seconds to recall your answers to the following goal-setting questions: 1) How do you want to develop yourself as a leader and a team member while you are at Wharton? 2) What leadership skill is most important for you to work on while at Wharton? People Lab Overview The People Lab is a collaborative effort between the McNulty Leadership Program (MLP) and Wharton People Analytics (WPA). The People Lab is dedicated to advancing the science and practice of using data-driven assessments and development plans to cultivate personal characteristics vital to long-term success. Lipman Family Prize Fellows Program
The Lipman Family Prize Fellows Program is comprised of 16 graduate students from multiple Penn schools, forming an interdisciplinary team. Learn about critical social challenges and the leading global organizations addressing them Help design and execute the selection process for a major philanthropic prize. Develop communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and group decision-making skills in the real world. McNulty Leadership Program

Nonprofit Board Fellows Program
~40 students (MBA & JD) are selected Q3 1Y to receive training on the nonprofit sector, board governance, strategic influence, and other skills. Fellows are placed on a Philadelphia-area nonprofit board, serve on a board subcommittee, and execute on a project helpful to the organization. Fellows develop skills in communication, building trust, and diplomacy. McNulty Leadership Program

The Student Committee supports the series in a variety of ways, including: Speaker selection Marketing Day of event management The committee is comprised of both Wharton MBA & Undergraduate students. Service on the Committee is for the full academic year, with selection during the preceding Spring Semester. McNulty Leadership Program

William P. Lauder Leadership Fellows Program
48 students are selected and trained Q4 1Y to serve throughout 2Y. Learning Teams receive intensive training in leadership skills such as emotional intelligence, teambuilding, conflict management, coaching techniques, and more. Leadership Fellows develop their facilitation, team development and leadership skills through service at the Learning Team Experience, as Teaching Assistants for MGMT610, and as Coaches and Mentors to the 1st year Class. The Learning Team Experience
Meet your Learning Team and bond with your cohort during the Learning Team Experience. Learning Teams are comprised of five to six 1st year MBA students from a diversity of backgrounds. Learning Team members support one another through shared experiences and formal team feedback. Learning Teams work and learn together to complete the Team Innovation Project, MGMT610, and fixed core classes. McNulty Leadership Program
