Drones are being used in effectively assessing damage after disasters, such as the series of earthquakes in Nepal in – (UN E-Government Survey 2018 ) E-Resilience is defined as the ability of ICT systems to withstand, recover from and change in the face of an external disturbance such as a natural disaster.
